From
Greenwich & Points South:
I-95
to Exit 8 (Atlantic Street). At light, make a left onto
Atlantic Street. At sixth light, make a right onto Broad
Street.
Entrance to the Landmark Square Valet Parking will come
up immediately after the traffic light on the right.
One Landmark Square is the tallest building in the complex,
immediately across the plaza from the valet parking station. The Business Council is
located on the third floor of One Landmark Square.
I-95
From Bridgeport & Points North:
I-95
to Exit 8 (Elm Street). At third light, make a right
onto Atlantic Street. At fifth light, make a right onto
Broad Street. Entrance to the Landmark Square Valet Parking
will come up immediately after the traffic light on the
right. One Landmark Square is the tallest building in
the complex, immediately across the plaza from the valet
parking station. The Business Council is located on the third floor of One Landmark Square.
Merritt
Parkway:
From
New York or Bridgeport (Northbound or Southbound) Merritt
Parkway to Exit 35 - High Ridge Road. At end of exit
ramp, turn right onto High Ridge Road toward Stamford
Business District. Go straight, approximately 3-4 miles
until High Ridge turns into Summer Street. Continue straight
on Summer Street until the intersection of Summer Street
and Broad Street. Turn left onto Broad Street. Go through
first
light, and the Landmark Square Valet Parking will come
up immediately after the second traffic light on the
right. One Landmark Square is the tallest building in
the complex, immediately across the plaza from the valet
parking station. The Business Council is located on the third floor of One Landmark Square.
*Alternative
(less expensive) Parking
A
less expensive parking option is the municipal parking lot and garage on Broad
Street, located directly across from Landmark Square.
The entrance to the municipal lot and garage is directly across the
street from the entrance to Landmark Square’s valet parking ramp and garage.
Instead of turning right to utilize the valet parking service, turn
left (crossing Broad Street).
The parking garage entrance is on your right as you drive into the lot,
or you may turn left and park in the lot.
To access Landmark Square after parking, cross Broad Street at the
light, enter the Landmark Square parking garage and follow the white painted
stripes and head to your right.
Enter Building 1 through the revolving door; the elevator bank is ahead
to your right.

From points south (New York City), take the elevator up to the ticketing area, cross over the railroad tracks and go back down the other side and head towards the bus pick-up and drop-off area.
Cross North State Street and follow the walking path alongside the UBS office complex, continuing to walk on North State Street. You will be walking parallel to I-95, and alongside the side of the UBS building, not on the main entrance side.
At the traffic light, turn left onto Atlantic Street.
Continue north on Atlantic Street to Broad Street (The Ferguson Library and McDonald’s will be right in front of you)
Turn
right onto Broad Street.
One Landmark Square is on Broad Street, approximately ½ block ahead on your right.
Once inside the building, turn left, the elevator bank is ahead on your left.
Take the elevator to the 3rd floor.

One Landmark Square can be accessed from the Atlantic Square bus stop, which
is a stop on all routes. From Atlantic Square, walk north to the intersection
of Broad and Atlantic Street and turn right onto Broad Street. One
Landmark Square is on Broad Street, approximately ½ block ahead on your right.
Once
inside the building, turn left, the elevator bank is ahead on your left.
Take
the elevator to the 3rd floor.
