The WorkPlace, Inc. builds projects that help people prepare for careers and strengthen the workforce for employers.  In addition to coordinating job training and education to meet the needs of residents and employers in our 20-community region, we administer job training and preparation funded by state and federal agencies. We are a nonprofit organization so many of our services are at no cost to the job seeker or employer. 

An organization that promotes the full and equal participation and contribution of America's 54 million men, women, and children with disabilities in all aspects of life.

A survey of 997 adults with disabilities and 953 adults without disabilities conducted in May and June 2000 that found notable improvements over the past decade in the quality of life for people with disabilities.
