Program Overview
Leadership Fairfield County is a professional development program
that offers exposure to the region’s most important issues, presented by an
exceptional faculty of business, government, non-profit and educational
leaders, in a class of accomplished, high performing peers selected from 20
different companies and organizations.
With an intense focus on the participant’s personal network development, the program also provides facilitated roundtable dialogues over in-session lunches and features C-suite executives from Fortune 1000 companies as guests in several private luncheon roundtables throughout the program year.
Get access to the over 300 executives who have participated in Leadership Fairfield County in the past two decades, make connections with the region’s decision makers and involve yourself in the issues impacting the region.
Program Schedule
The 2012 Program Schedule is currently under design. The 2011 schedule
is listed below to provide you with an idea of topics covered throughout the
program year.
The program begins with an orientation session, followed by eight sessions held in subject-appropriate locations. The sessions focus on the following topic areas:

Application
and Tuition To maximize individual participation, enrollment in the Leadership Fairfield County will be limited to 25 people. Candidates should be selected according to their leadership potential, their desire to learn more about the region, and their interest in community service roles. Tuition for LFC is $2,950 per person for corporate participants, and $1,500 for participants from the non-profit and government sectors.
