Dialogues: Addresses the issues of CEO's and owners
of firms with annual sales in the $25-$250
million range. Facilitated discussions on topics chosen
by participating CEO's provide information and
offer opportunities to converse with experts in the subject
areas.

Fairfield County: Annual eight session program designed
to cultivate and develop
potential leaders from all sectors by offering a series
of dialogues, seminars and excursions. The
program helps participants gain insight into how southwestern
Connecticut works and how its public and private institutions
function.
Leadership Networking: A three-part course on building sustainable peer access to prospect decision makers.
Sexual
Harassment Awareness & Prevention Training:
Two hour session providing supervisory
employees with state mandated training.
